Foster Coordinators

Bereavement

Losing a foster cat is never easy, and we want to recognize the love and care you provided. You gave them warmth, care, comfort, and love—everything they could have hoped for. Their life was better because of you, and we are truly grateful for all you did.

In Loving Memory of a Foster Cat

You opened your heart, you opened your home,
A place of warmth, where love was sown.
You gave them comfort, you gave them care,
A gentle touch, a kindness rare.

For a moment in time, they were yours to hold,
A story of love, though not yet told.
You mended their wounds, both body and soul,
Helping them heal, making them whole.

And though they have gone, their spirit stays,
In soft sunbeams and moonlit rays.
In purring echoes and whispered sighs,
A love so pure never truly dies.

Take heart, dear friend, for the love you gave,
Guided them gently, strong and brave.
And though the farewell may feel unfair,
They knew your love—beyond compare.

Forever grateful, forever free,
Their paw prints rest in your memory.
